This pull request changes the compat entry for the
Oceananiganspackage from0.102, 0.103, 0.104, 0.105, 0.106, 0.107to0.102, 0.103, 0.104, 0.105, 0.106, 0.107, 0.108.This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
