Basic Flask Template

Based on the workshop given in Semester 1, 2022 to students at UWA for CITS3403/5505

How to use:

1. "Fork" the repository while being logged in to Github with the username you're using for the project
2. (Optional) Rename the repository once it's your own fork
3. "flask run" in the top level directory
