• Commented out the EarlyBirdPopup import.
• Commented out the Early Bird CTA button block in the header.

• This entire Early Bird CTA block is now commented out, which leaves isPopupOpen / shouldAutoOpen / hasAutoOpenedRef (and their setters) unused in the component and will trigger @typescript-eslint/no-unused-vars warnings. If Early Bird is being removed/disabled, please remove the related state/ref and the dead JSX instead of commenting it out; if it’s temporary, prefer an explicit feature flag/conditional render so it’s still type-checked.
