First version of "CITATION.cff"; we tried to collect all the names of PySE authors beyond a few minor commits.
1) More accurate description of PySE: designed for images from single-dish observations, but can work equally well for optical images. 2) Added keyword "source extraction". 3) Removed "John Sanders" as we could not find any commits from his GH account.
Added John Sanders as one of the authors - together with John Swinbank - of the "pyse.py" script, which serves as the command-line interface for PySE.
