cheatbuffer v2.0.0

The basic gist of this release is that it makes cheatbuffer use --help.

A lot more commands utilize --help, so this may be more "helpful" (side note, cheatbuffer also works on subcommands too). For example, go commands that use the go spf13/cobra library.
