Fixed bug causing Injections to not load properly until toggled or saved

Added a popover to the toolbar item for quick access to the injections applied to the current page. From there, you can toggle those injections, open them in the manager, or open the manager to add a new injection.

In the manager, adding includes and excludes should be less of a headache. Injector will automatically adjust your URLs if they don't quite match Safari's weird requirements.
