Document differential pair routing constraints

Summary

• add a dedicated <differentialpair /> element guide with a USB-oriented user story
• document trace-name and pin/port-selector connections, including mixed usage and resolution errors
• explain maxLengthSkew as the maximum absolute routed-length mismatch in millimetres
• add the reusable USB-C connector pattern and update the trace guide to replace differentialPairKey
• clarify that the constraint provides length matching, not impedance or pair-spacing configuration

Validation

• built the trace-name example with bunx tsci build
• built the reusable connector pin-selector example with bunx tsci build
• bun run typecheck
• bun run build
• git diff --check

The examples and failure guidance were checked against the core differential-pair tests and the working USB-C length-matching component.
