I am not 100% sure about these URLs because it's not my token, but I understand ossrh is EOL and this is the replacement, so it seems like the next thing to do: https://central.sonatype.org/pages/ossrh-eol/#central-support

According to https://central.sonatype.org/publish/publish-portal-ossrh-staging-api/#configuring-the-repository this is the replacement URL, but to be honest I am not 100% sure.

https://ossrh-api.central.sonatype.com/service/local/ does not resolve for me. I think "staging" here doesn't mean a staging copy of the service but rather that it is staging the artifact before release (but again I am guessing)
