Adjusts some test implementations to work with gradle and fixes invalid docstring syntax to make the javadoc linter happy
- Introduce tasks for extracting, merging, and cleaning translation files. - Add support for generating extra translations (e.g., Pirate, Kitteh) and zipping .po files. - Improve translation workflow automation with Gradle integration.
