Intentional breaking change for git integration testing — bumps Sonnet output_per_mtok from 15.0 to 20.0, which breaks sonnet_output_1m, sonnet_all_token_types, and related tests.
Four tests encoded the old $15/MTok output rate. Updated assertions and comments to reflect the new $20/MTok value, and corrected the Opus:Sonnet output ratio test from 5x to 3.75x (75/20).
