This moves more of the
DNDLER interface -> FoundryVTT interfacemapping out of the Foundry macro and into the DNDLER server. Also adds some Foundry macro work for grabbing spells/features out of the DNDLER data, rather than inferring based on level and class. If a feature is not found ingame.items, a placeholder (with the accurate name/description) is generated and added togame.itemsfor next time.Tool proficiencies are still needed to be mapped, find the schema for that has been a pain.
