Restores Chat SDK type compatibility so complete vendored declarations no longer break typecheck and downstream end-to-end builds.

Motivation

#1504 recorded five type errors after Chat SDK added required message fields and exposed an ActionEvent.thread generic mismatch. #1506 by @iroiro147 proposed the original repair, but its unsigned commit has a DCO action-required check. This proposal recreates and credits that contribution so the signed workflow can run.

Current main does not surface the exact five errors after build:compiled because the generated Chat SDK entry references declaration chunks omitted by the vendor output, tracked in #1500. The source fixtures still need to match the complete Chat SDK declarations.

Hypothesis

Because action threads cross into eve as persisted state, serializing them with toJSON() should satisfy the bridge contract without hiding the mismatch behind a cast. Constructing Photon test messages with the complete required shape should keep typecheck green when the declaration chunks are present.

Changes

Serialize action-event threads at the existing Chat SDK persistence boundary
Add fullName, parsed formatting, metadata, and attachments to Photon message fixtures
Reuse one fixture builder across Photon channel tests
Add a patch changeset for eve

The original proposal used a double cast through unknown. This version uses toJSON() because eve's invariant guard rejects double casts and SerializedThread is already the bridge's canonical state shape.

Two full pnpm test:unit runs each reached 5,875 passing and 1 skipped before three unrelated failures under full-suite concurrency. Both failure sets pass in focused reruns of 81 and 45 tests
Strict maintainability and five-axis reviews found no remaining blockers

AI assistance: e0 implemented the reconstruction and used an independent GPT review plus a fresh e0 review for the final quality pass.
