feat(eve): add Resend Marketplace domain setup

Summary

Adds a Marketplace-first option to eve add channel/resend while keeping eve's orchestration deliberately thin.

• Reuses an existing Resend Marketplace resource when available.
• Otherwise selects an existing Vercel-owned domain and delegates Resend provisioning, terms, billing, project connection, and browser onboarding to the existing Vercel CLI flow.
• When no Vercel domain exists, opens Vercel's domain web surface and asks the user to rerun setup afterward; eve does not implement domain purchase or DNS mutation.
• Generates an environment-backed Resend channel so Marketplace remains the owner of RESEND_API_KEY.
• Retains manual Connect and portable setup alternatives.

Automatic webhook reconciliation remains on the manual Connect path. The Marketplace path gives explicit webhook/receiving next steps until Marketplace exposes a bounded credential or provider operation for that work.

Validation

• Existing Resend resource is reused without provisioning a duplicate.
• Existing Vercel domain is passed to vercel integration add resend with production-only project connection.
• Missing-domain state opens Vercel web and exits cleanly for rerun.
• Focused Resend suite: 21 tests passed.

The temporary full_access Resend OAuth connector is leaked when reconcileMarketplaceWebhook throws, because that call is outside the try/catch that runs authorization.cleanup().

In the Resend "connect" setup flow, a full-access API key and a temporary OAuth connector are created early but only cleaned up inside the inner try/catch, so failures/cancellations before that block leak a live full-access Resend credential.
