Summary

Preserves authored type precision across two public helpers without changing runtime behavior:

defineTool(...) now retains the concrete executor return type, so ordinary async tools remain Promise<T> while async-generator tools remain streaming. The broad two-parameter ToolDefinition contract is unchanged for consumers that need a general tool shape.
ctx.to(...) now constrains channels through ChannelReference<unknown>, allowing closed receive-target interfaces such as Slack's while continuing to infer and enforce the exact target.

Compile-time regressions cover ordinary async and generator executors plus valid and invalid Slack cross-channel targets. The backward-compatible tool signature change retains extension epoch 7 and adds epoch 8 metadata.
