This repository holds the Dockerfile used to generate the image defining the NeutrinoML ecosystem. The image uses an Ubuntu 20.04 OS base, with CUDA 16.0 and PyTorch 1.12.1, as well as PyG for graph convolutions and MinkowskiEngine for sparse convolutions.
