This PR bumps the RDK for this module.
Fixes prototypes for validate() and NewModuleFromArgs()

I wasn't able to do a
make module.tar.gzbecause it wants to fiddle with appimage-builderI'm interested in this module because we've got some WAVS boats coming online.
