Wire delegated PoS notifications after payment claims

Summary

• rebase macros/pos-bolt12-delegation onto current main
• wire PosNotificationMessage into blinded-path contexts, onion packet parsing, and OnionMessenger dispatch
• preserve delegated encrypted payment tokens through event persistence and auto-queue PoS payment notifications with reply paths plus sufficient invoice data when delegated payments are claimed

Notes

• this draft updates the branch toward BLIP-56, but it does not yet implement the optional payment_proof flow or the spec’s newer merchant-public-key payment-token encryption model
