…-tool table Fix title-colon spacing, intro double-space, the free-as-in-beer closer, and the "compstable" typo. Add the limner_upscale/limner_vectorize row and prepend limner_create_project to the project-context row, bringing the Tool Surface table to the full 18 tools the Architecture diagram already states. Add four navigational/explanatory sections: Contents (TOC), Memory, Security, and Roadmap. External-copy voice preserved (no em-dashes; A4 framing untouched).
