wait this might be the wrong value when cross compiling.

Its only used in https://github.com/tombi-toml/tombi/blob/536bb36974d9217756c7f9561363e73f5951700a/rust/tombi-cli/src/app.rs#L94 so it doesn't really matter, but pretty sure that will be the host rust target during cross builds.
