用語案などを考慮し、「フォーカスを移動し」を単に「移動し」とする、
あるいは、「矢印キーで移動して天気予報ポートレットに差し掛かったときに」などが、
誤解されにくいと思いました。

「差し掛かった時に」に修正しました。
ちなみに、用語案はterm.mdに確定版がまとめられているようでした（notification/WAIC-TEST用語案*.txtの方が新しければ、term.mdを更新するタスクを作っておくのがいいかもしれません）。

ARIAのテストケースを、
WAIC-TEST/HTMLディレクトリに入れてしまって問題ないのかが気になりました。WAIC-TEST/ARIAディレクトリを作るか、HTMLディレクトリをなくしてフラットにするべきなのかもしれません。
