Description

CLI Reference doc preview using updated docstrings from: wandb/wandb#11322.

Fixes:

• Adds updated CLI docstrings
• Adds example code to docstrings
• local, on, off, and projects were not supposed to be publicly documented.
• Adds GitHub button with source code
• Add right nav for each flag for easier navigation

To do:

• Double-nested group command wandb-artifact-cache-cleanup is currently missing. Need to fix, re-add.
• Fix local GitHub link source line when the PR is created from local directory and not a release tag.
