Description
Updates the switch debug grid to show the actual percentage of the switch visually on the grid.
I also made the numbers larger.
(This is forked off my other branch - you'll see those changes in here as well)

Motivation and Context
Prevents the need to click into each switch to see it's current value.
Not sure this was 100% needed, the idea came to mind when using it on my actual machines.
