Closes #1

Summary:

Add a Node.js/TypeScript attachment summarizer worker.
Consume attachment events from AWS SQS.
Download attachments from Google Cloud Storage.
Extract text from text, HTML, CSV/TSV, PDF, DOCX, XLS/XLSX, and images.
Generate short factual summaries through a local Ollama model.
Persist processing state with Prisma.
Add Docker/Docker Compose setup and tests.
