I got this idea from my philosopher model, so there may be some overlap in the works used to train the model. Satire works may or may not be included depending on what kind of commentary is being made.

Result: A constitution is not necessary in a Communist State as it is the ultimate embodiment of freedom. The constitution can serve only as a guide and not the foundation for the new world, which will have to be built from scratch without any references to any previous systems that may have been put into place, regardless of what they may have been called.
In our view, the idea behind the Communist society is the total destruction of the existing system; we would like to replace it with a social order that would not be a dictatorship of any one party or group and where no one class could rule or enslave another.
Our constitution should lay the foundations for this kind of society, but its basic principles would have to be simple and straightforward:
a) All wealth, means of production, and capital belong to the people collectively, managed by them through elected councils, and distributed according to the needs of individuals;
b) Everyone must contribute what he is able to produce to help create a better life for all. Every citizen will be guaranteed an opportunity to work to his capacity, provided there is work in need of doing, and all citizens will enjoy the benefits of that labor in terms of leisure, education, recreation, and security;
c) The family unit remains the core of society. Parents must provide for and nurture children; children must be raised and educated to become productive members of society.
d) Religion has no place in the new society; there shall be no religious discrimination, but freedom of thought and belief for those who wish to follow it.
The State itself shall exist to ensure these principles are carried out to the greatest extent possible, until such time when a truly classless society is reached. There shall be a legislative assembly consisting of representatives chosen by popular election, which shall be given the authority to manage economic affairs and enact laws to maintain internal order. This legislature will meet annually for six months each year and be dissolved the other part of the year.
All citizens will enjoy freedom of speech, expression, and movement; no one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention, punishment, or discrimination on account of his race, gender, or religion.
This is a blueprint, the first step towards creating a world in which no proletarian shall be abused by his overlords, no one can live without a job, and every child shall enjoy the right to an education. But if you want to go beyond the basics, and make this society even more humane, you will find it impossible. You cannot legislate compassion into your fellow man, or force them into sharing the same values with everyone else, nor can you expect them to share everything without hesitation or expectation in return.
But we are confident that such a state, properly constituted, with the right spirit among its citizens, can do away with many of the inequalities and injustices of today's system. That is the hope and dream we hold dear to us, a state in which every man can fulfill himself by living as freely as possible in the company of others just like him; in which the fruits of man's labor go directly to those who worked hard to produce it, rather than into the pockets of a few lucky capitalists and politicians.
That is a state worth striving for; if this constitution does not get you there, we trust that future generations of revolutionaries can pick up where we left off. The goal is worth reaching even at the expense of our own personal happiness. We would willingly give all our lives for that purpose and call it good fortune if even one person lived free because of it.
In our society, every man must contribute something to the common effort; no one may be lazy, or live off the work of another without producing anything himself. But every contribution will be rewarded according to its value, so everyone will have an equal share of everything created by society.
The end result of our efforts will be that poverty shall no longer be the bane of mankind; hunger, disease, homelessness, unemployment, and all other problems associated with our current way of life shall cease to exist. Instead, man will finally reach his potential, free of all artificial chains, to do whatever work is necessary for the good of all.
So here ends our attempt at making the world a better place. Let the next generation take our ideas, and let them add to them, until our vision of a better world becomes a reality for all the world's inhabitants, now and forever more.
