• Make academy scaffolds academy-first by default with four planning layers, course part assignment, and explicit authoring gates.
• Update CLI, MCP, llms-full, and docs copy so agents create source-backed academies with landing-page proof before publishing.
• Harden local E2E/tooling by documenting default local CORS origins and adding the missing apps/site ESLint config.
