Adds a dedicated Pie Charts topic to the Data & Statistics domain,
filling a gap in the taxonomy's chart-type coverage. The UK National
Curriculum Year 6 standard (Ma6/5.1a) explicitly requires pupils to
'interpret and construct pie charts and line graphs' — bar charts,
pictograms, and line graphs each have dedicated topics, but pie charts
were only mentioned inside other topics.
Topic: mt_rnsjXikmnK — Pie Charts (PROCEDURAL, ages 10-11)
Standards: uk-nc-2013:Ma6/5.1a
Prerequisites: data vocabulary, bar graph reading, angle measurement,
fractions of a whole
Validation: ✓ 1591 topics, 3225 deps, 3261 standards, 183 clusters.

The taxonomy has dedicated topics for bar charts (
mt_ChjMU2GDJa), pictograms (mt_c29FaCTNsx), and line graphs (mt_bESTSBB0wK), but pie charts — which the UK National Curriculum explicitly requires at Year 6 (Ma6/5.1a: "interpret and construct pie charts and line graphs") — only appear inside other topics without a dedicated topic of their own. What this PR adds

The UK NC Y6 statistics standard explicitly separates pie charts and line graphs as distinct skills. Bar charts, pictograms, and line graphs each receive dedicated PROCEDURAL topics in the taxonomy. Pie charts are mentioned in
mt_bESTSBB0wK(Line graphs) andmt_fmm-P17Vka(Statistical Analysis Vocabulary), but have no standalone topic of their own — an inconsistency in the taxonomy's own granularity pattern.Validation
