💡 What: Replaced an O(N) Where search inside an O(N) loop with an O(1) dictionary lookup by pre-grouping timeline.NodeStates by NodeId.
🎯 Why: The PopulateNodePressureReports method iterates over all nodes in the network and for each node, it scans the entire timeline.NodeStates collection to find relevant backlogs. This creates an O(NS) bottleneck (where S is the number of node states) which scales poorly as the network and simulation timeline grows.
📊 Impact: Reduces the time complexity of compiling node pressure reports from O(N
S) down to O(S + N*K log K) (where K is the number of filtered states per node). This significantly reduces CPU overhead and avoids unnecessary enumerator allocations during timeline navigation.
🔬 Measurement: Verify by running the full test suite (dotnet test tests/MedWNetworkSim.Tests/MedWNetworkSim.Tests.csproj). The optimization preserves the exact existing behavior including the fallback to default values for missing data.

Pre-compute a dictionary lookup of NodeStates grouped by NodeId to eliminate an inner loop search during pressure report population, reducing time complexity from O(N*S) to O(S + N*K log K).
