근무 배정 시 배정 명단이 갱신 되지 않던 문제 해결 - 자료구조(Dequeue)의 오브젝트 참조값을 사용하지 않고 새롭게 객체를 생성함. - 근무자 배정 명단 변수에 갱신된 명단의 참조값이 할당되지 않아 문제가 발생함
