Edits Battletech JSONs to speed up animations
Import the file to ..\BATTLETECH\BattleTech_Data\StreamingAssets\data\movement and run it from command-line. Will prompt for a multiplier - a number higher than 2 will not look good.
Requires Python to be installed.
