Request for Original Mocap Data (SMPL-X) or AMASS Clip Details

Hi. Thank you for sharing such a great repository.

I’m currently trying to train a robot on a steering task and have been exploring the humanoid locomotion data provided here. I noticed that the shared data folder contains motions that have already been retargeted to the humanoid model.

I was wondering if it would be possible to either:

• Share the original motion capture data in SMPL-X format, or

• If the motions are sourced from the AMASS dataset, please provide information on which specific AMASS motion clips are used.

This information would be extremely helpful for adapting the code to other humanoid robots for steering tasks.

Most of the motion data we used in our framework are not from AMASS and are not in the SMPL format. So unfortunately we can provide the original source motions in the SMPL format.

Hello @xbpeng, I'm interested in the spinkick motion to retarget it to my own robot using GMR. Which you provide in the SMPL format, and not the SMPL-X format that GMR supports. I was wondering if you had advice on how to go about this?
