feat: ship verified Composer Interactions in Beta 8

Summary

• replaces the decorative Composer Moments prototype with five theme-aware interactions whose outcomes fully bind Codex model, reasoning effort, and response speed
• removes the native-menu flash, verifies all three settings after applying, and restores interaction preferences after reconnecting
• fixes the first-launch renderer handoff race so a managed Codex session can receive the runtime on its first stable connection
• includes the latest Native Refined palette, compact-layout, preview clipping, switch styling, and desktop architecture refinements
• updates English and Simplified Chinese README/docs, adds current interaction screenshots, and prepares the v0.2.0-beta.8 release metadata

Why

The previous interaction prototype could feel decorative: some game outcomes did not visibly map to every Codex setting, the official menu could flash before the replacement surface, and a first managed launch could connect before the stable Electron renderer was ready. This change makes the result explicit, verifiable, and recoverable.
