PESUmate is a Chrome extension designed to help you download many slides at once from PESU Academy. It combines all your lecture PDFs into a single file and can zip all PPTX files for easy handling. You can also choose to download each file on its own. Everything happens directly on the course page in your browser.
If you struggle with downloading lots of course slides one by one, this tool makes the process faster and neater.
- Windows 7 or higher
- Google Chrome browser (latest version recommended)
- Internet connection to access PESU Academy

No extra software needed outside Chrome.
- Open your Google Chrome browser on your Windows computer.
- Go to the PESUmate download page:

- Follow the instructions to add the PESUmate extension to Chrome.
This usually means clicking "Add to Chrome" on a store page or downloading a CRX file and dragging it into Chrome's extensions page. - Once installed, a small icon will appear near Chrome’s address bar.
Go to your course on PESU Academy where the slides are listed.
Click the PESUmate icon in the top right corner of Chrome.
- Merge PDFs: Combine all PDFs into one file.
- Zip PPTX files: Collect all PowerPoint files into a single zip folder.
- Individual files: Download each file one at a time.
Click the button for your choice. Wait for the process to finish. Large courses may take a few minutes.

Download PESUmate
Look for the install button or download link on that page. This is your starting point.
If you see an "Add to Chrome" button, click it. Chrome will ask you to confirm. Accept to install the extension.
If the extension needs to be downloaded as a file (.crx), follow these steps:
- Download the CRX file from the releases section.
- Open Chrome and go to
chrome://extensions/ - Turn on "Developer mode" at the top right.
- Drag and drop the CRX file into the page.
- Confirm when prompted.
After adding, see the PESUmate icon near the browser’s address bar. This means the extension is ready.
PESUmate connects directly to the slide links on PESU Academy pages and collects all documents. It then processes these files in batches according to your chosen download method.
You don’t have to open each slide window or save files one by one. PESUmate handles this for you quietly in the background.
- Make sure you use Google Chrome and that it is up to date.
- Refresh the course page if the icon doesn’t respond.
- Check your internet connection during downloads.
- If downloads fail, try again after restarting Chrome.
- Disable other Chrome extensions temporarily if they block downloads.
- If merging PDFs does not work, check if all PDFs are correctly linked on the course page.
- PESUmate does not store or share your course data.
- The extension runs only in your browser while you use PESU Academy.
