Adds top-level indexes for datasets, models, benchmarks, methodology, and
evidence that map to existing canonical paths without breaking runners or CI.
Expands README and CONTRIBUTING with research artifacts and contribution areas,
and documents the public research roadmap and models plan.
Align README BibTeX, CITATION.cff, and v0.2 results citation with the
open evidence infrastructure title, yenklabs/Dali URL, and updated note.
Keep canonical one-liner, v0.2.1 citation metadata, and seed-vs-full-run framing; retain Research artifacts section with available/planned labels and open-evidence-corpus.
