This reworks history handling to allow editing of temporary copies of history lines when the user uses up arrow or down arrow to navigate to them.

@yhirose The feature here is that when I up-arrow into history and get a prior command, I can then start editing that command to create a new command, and that edited version is preserved even if I then up and down arrow through the other history entries. When AddHistory is called (generally done in the app after the line is Entered) those temporary copies are reset. |
