It seems that at least some of the
/rest/2.0/pcs/started returning 403 errors, which breakslsanddownloadcommands. Interestingly enoughinfostill works.There're
/rest/2.0/xpanendpoints described here: https://pan.baidu.com/union/doc/Zksg0sb73 which seems to be very similar. So this PR is about partially switching to using it.I'm unclear as to what exactly is the history here and what's the best way forward, but at least this seems to fix most important commands. Do let me know if there's a better way to deal with it.
