Remove internal Chinese planning docs, translate code comments to English while preserving multilingual input-recognition tokens, and genericize internal routing identifiers. - Delete 3 internal Chinese planning docs (-818 lines) - Translate production comments/docstrings to English; keep multilingual trigger tokens with English docstring notes - Genericize internal model-routing identifiers in tech-debt audit and security tests - Add editor/temp-file patterns to .gitignore No logic, control-flow, numeric, or test-assertion changes.
