Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdkfrom 18.6.0 to 18.8.1 in the VB NUnit test project to pick up recent test platform fixes and improvements. Notable changes include migration fromNewtonsoft.JsontoSystem.Text.Jsonand a protocol negotiation timeout fix for more reliable test runs.Written for commit 674b5a8.
