Finished implementing Export Log, users can now export a time-filtered copy of time_log (this week, this month, this year, all-time).
I also added some quality-of-life improvements, including dark/light mode support, 12hr/24hr clock formats, Developer menu for clean time_log wiping, and some rearranging to make the main page look nicer.
