…etup Getting Started and Docker guides now describe app:install prompting for the super admin name/email/password (with --admin-* flags for scripted installs), the new default and test-company logins, and Windows command variants alongside Linux/macOS.

Updates the developer Getting Started and Docker guides to match the new install flow: app:install now prompts for the super admin name/email/password (with --admin-name/--admin-email/--admin-password for scripted installs), documents the new default (admin@zerp.pk) and test-company (testcompany@zerp.pk) logins, and adds Windows command variants alongside Linux/macOS. Companion to zerp-pk/zerp#60.
