Adds properties on NativeModel which present the model information in a way that is closer to the MetabolicModel in psamm-import. This will allow NativeModel to be used with the functions in psamm-import until a more permanents model solution has been developed.

Adds properties to
NativeModelto make it look more like the model representation in psamm-import. Then, copies over code from psamm-import which can now be applied toNativeModel.
