I'm binning a metagenome sample from a digestive tract (code : run_comebin.sh -a ${i} -o ${num}_COMEbin -p ATCC_10_bam_all_sample/ -t 120), and I'm trying to find out how much time is left until the finalization now to judge how much time it will take for me to run the all samples through！

You can check the training.log inside comebin_res to track the status. There should be 200 epoches in total.
