This is a repository of scripts and customisations in CSS made on the context of my PhD dissertation.

1. daily notes

It is a series of scripts for days, weeks, months, and years, whose purpose is to visualise the number of notes created (in green), modified (in orange), and the bibliography added to the vault (using the Zotero Integration plugin). To do this, it also uses the Charts plugin and a triple gradient visualisation for each day square.

scripts config

in all scripts you must define your bibliography source's folder, in this example the folder is sources and bib on the root vault folder.

In [[t-daily]], [[t-week]], and [[t-month]] , you must define the "root" folder of each time period, in this example tracker/days for days and so on.

2. sources per chapter

The [[sources per chapter]] dataviewjs script allows you to have a clear visualization of each source grouped by chapter (a nested tag's system) with a synopsis and a wordcounter for each of them.

3. glossary visualizer and latex maker

This plugins lists all concepts stored on concepts folder orderded by groups (nested tags), with an single wordcount and summary. Then a glossary latex code paragraph is created compatible with the glossaries package.
