Update to Madsci version 0.5

Updated the Module for MADSCI version 0.5.

• REST Node updated to handle robot state properly
• Action succeeded messages have been removed from the action returns
• Added resource template usage to create and use Sciclops resources using the templates.
• Added a new config parameter to handle stack formations at the startup to create proper stacks

Added resource templates:

1. Gripper Slot - Tracks what the gripper is holding
2. Exchange Slot - Transfer position for plates
3. Microplate No Lid Stack - 30 plate capacity
4. Microplate With Lid Stack - 25 plate capacity
5. Deep Well Plate Stack - 9 block capacity
6. Stack Access Slots - 4 instances created (one per stack)
