This PR fixes an error that was constantly ocurring when trying to use wetlab API's create-sample-data due to missing fields for submitting-institution.
On the other hand, it also introduces the new LabRequest model properties when creating a new lab_request thanks to an ontology map created in
core/core_config.pythat can now be used to correctly fill the POST request with the correct field namesCloses #375 and Closes #370
