Installation

1. Download the HUD.
   • On GitHub, this is done by selecting Code -> Download ZIP.
   • Alternatively, here's a link: Download.
2. Open the downloaded ZIP and copy the WoolHUD folder.
3. Find your TF2 install location.
   • The fastest way is to open Steam -> Select Games -> View Games Library -> right click Team Fortress 2 -> Under Manage -> Click Browse Local Files.
4. Navigate to ../tf/custom.
   • If you don't have a custom folder, then create one.
5. Paste the folder.
   • Ensure you don't have 2 folders within each other (see below).

To see if your folder is placed correctly, we'll use the info.vdf file as an example.

The path to the info.vdf file should be: ../tf/custom/WoolHUD/info.vdf

NOT

../tf/custom/WoolHUD/WoolHUD (or ANY other folder)/info.vdf
