feat: Add CLI arguments for simulation customization

Implemented argparse in bitcoin_trading_simulation.py to allow users to configure simulation parameters (days, initial cash, price, volatility) and added --quiet and --no-color flags for better UX and accessibility. Updated README.md and .Jules/palette.md accordingly.
