旧 Python receiver（main.py, codex_reaction.py, requirements.txt）、 テスト、Cloudflare Tunnel 設定、.env.example を削除。 CI を Python unittest から Node.js syntax check + TypeScript type check に切り替え。 refs #58 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
