…PCO-7285) Bump @map-colonies/raster-shared to 8.3.0-alpha.0 and consume its DeleteLayerJobParams/DeleteTaskParams instead of locally-duplicated interfaces, picking up the deletePolygonParts flag that was missing from the local definition.
