Summary

Adds a detailed Detroit-style pizza recipe to pizza-recipes.md, including:

• History of the style (originated at Buddy's Rendezvous in 1946)
• Full ingredient list for dough and toppings
• Step-by-step instructions covering dough prep, pan technique, cheese placement, and the signature "racing stripe" sauce
• Pro-tips on brick cheese, steel pans, cold fermentation, and sauce placement
