This commit adds LIT tests which, when failing, signal a breaking change in binary parity relative to the values being written via monitoring in the runtime.
Currently, many of the string escape-sequence tests are skipped due to known bugs in the compiler:
handle_special_charsdouble-processes$$followed by hex digits #1601These tests will be enabled along with a fix for these issues in a follow-up PR.
